The mountain tea comes from our organic farm in Zagori and we receive olive leaves from Greek organic plantation of olive trees. All processes, from harvesting to drying, cutting and bags filling are done exclusively by hand according to old Greek methods. We do not use machines to achieve a zero-carbon footprint and we promote Fair Trade.
